Management
Don Elder is responsible for managing the business on a day-to-day basis. With over 40 years of experience in the water well industry, you can be assured Don has the knowledge you need to ensure your project is done right. Please feel free to contact Don directly and he will be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have.
Drilling, installations and repairs
Don’s son Shane is our drilling manager. With over 20 years of on-the-job drilling, he is very knowledgeable in the field. Don’s son-in-law Eric Stovesand is our turbine manager. He has 15+ years experience, and can help you choose the right well pumps and submersible pumps, or make effective repairs to your existing pump systems.
Team
Don's son Shane and son-in-law Eric are equally capable of providing you with the most skilled knowledge in the water well industry. Shane manages the drilling and Eric manages the turbine sales and repairs. We have employees that have been with us for over 30 years and our machinist is certified with over 20 years of experience. We also have a branch in England, AR managed by Lynn Gibbins who also has over 40 years of experience in the water well industry.
